Here we are again, this time working on Lebara’s new Pay Monthly Scheme. Recently Lebara has rebranded and as a result all of our previous commercials are being re-versioned to match the new branding guidelines.

To help introduce the new pay monthly contract scheme, which is a big deal for any mobile telecoms provider, Nodachi has developed some simple 10 second motion graphics adverts to play on sky channels while we develop the new Lebara live action commercial.

We’ve just finished shooting a new commercial for Lebara Mobile’s new offer. The brief was to create an ad to serve the Indian, Pakistani and African community with one commercial. So naturally we shot it all twice, and switched out our cast to represet the target audience.

We shot on RED in four locations and had a cast of 12. The ad was produced in 3 weeks and the shoot spread over 2 days in March, offlined in Final Cut Pro and graded on Quantel EQ. The commercial is being broadcast on a variety of ethnic channels on cable and satellite, and on Google’s YouTube during the India Premier Legue which Lebara Mobile are sponsoring.

Here is the new Lebara commercial to highlight a buy £20 get £10 free offer, with a Chinese New Year twist.
The ad was made over a week, with Nodachi heading a focus group to put together all the research required to make the ad a success. It was shown on the PCNE and Chinese channel UK, and also featured live at Trafalgar Square in London during the Chinese New Year celebrations.

Today was day 1 of the new Lebara 20 second animated commercial. This follow up ad from the Africa Cup of Nations ad, will be launched on the 15th of February, and this tight deadline means that Nodachi is working round the clock to get the project done. Principle character scamps were finished today. Onwards to the first animation test!
